Terms & Conditions

• Payment for an order indicates acceptance of all terms & conditions.
• All orders are Pro Forma and must be paid before the goods are dispatched.
• Online sales on third party websites (Amazon, Ebay, noths, Etsy etc.) are not permitted.
• We endeavour to ship your order within 2-4 working days so long as payment has been received. Lead times may be longer at busy periods and large orders may incur longer lead times.
• Euro Hooks and barcodes can be added to your order at no extra cost – just let us know when ordering.
• All wholesale orders are non-refundable or exchangeable unless an item is faulty.
• Please inform us of any damage or mistakes with your order within 5 working days. For damaged orders please include images of both the damaged products and the packaging. Damage claims without these images cannot be processed.

UK ORDERS

• All UK orders are subject to VAT.
• There is a minimum wholesale order of £100.00 before VAT and Delivery.
• Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £15.00 to the UK and £20.00 to the Highlands and Islands for orders up to £250.00 (excluding VAT), and free thereafter.

USA ORDERS

• There is a minimum wholesale order of $130.00 (USD) before Delivery.
• For orders to the USA shipping is charged in $USD at a percentage of your order total as follows: Orders up to $340 – 20% of order total. Orders between $340 and $680 – 17% of order total. Orders over $680 – 15% of order total. This is calculated at checkout.
• All US orders are shipped on a DDP service with no additional fees, tariffs, or duties due. 

CANADA ORDERS

• There is a minimum wholesale order of $130.00 (USD) before Delivery.
• For orders to Canada shipping is charged in $USD at a percentage of your order total as follows: Orders up to $340 – 20% of order total. Orders between $340 and $680 – 17% of order total. Orders over $680 – 15% of order total. This is calculated at checkout.
• All orders are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid. Any customs charges and fees due are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
• Orders returned to us due to import fees not being paid, or refusal at the point of import will not be refunded.

EU ORDERS

• There is a minimum wholesale order of €120.00 before Delivery.
• For orders to the Republic of Ireland, shipping is charged at a flat rate of €25.00 for orders up to €300.00, and free thereafter. For orders to the rest of Europe, shipping is charged in €EUR at a percentage of your order total as follows: Orders up to €300 – 20% of order total. Orders between €300 and €600 – 15% of order total. Orders over €600 – 12.5% of order total. This is calculated at checkout.
• All orders are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid. Any VAT, customs charges and fees due are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
• Orders returned to us due to import fees not being paid, or refusal at the point of import will not be refunded.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (GBP)

• There is a minimum wholesale order of £100.00 before Delivery
• For £GBP orders outside the UK, EU and North America, shipping is charged in £GBP at a percentage of your order total as follows: Orders up to £300 – 20% of order total. Orders between £300 and £600 – 15% of order total. Orders over £600 – 12.5% of order total. This is calculated at checkout. If you are able to get better rates with your own courier, please select the option for ‘Organise Own Courier’ when ordering. No shipping will be charged and it will be your responsibility to arrange your own courier.
• All orders are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid. Any VAT, customs charges and fees due are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
