How is Covid-19 affecting you?
We are currently managing to accept and ship all orders. We are taking every precaution we can following government guidelines to ensure the safest environment possible for our team. Should this change we will update the website as soon as possible.
Do I have to be an online or B&M shop to have an account?
Though we do normally only work with shops we are always happy to look at your business and see if it’s a good fit so please do apply for an account explaining what you do.
Are you able to supply kits in large numbers?
Absolutely! We work with several larger retailers and have the capacity for big orders.
Where are your kits made?
All of our kits are made here in Dorset in the south west of England. We also source as many components as possible from the UK including our British wool and yarn.
Can you create a bespoke kit just for us?
We can look at bespoke options, but due to the time and work involved there are generally quite high minimums and sometimes additional design costs. If you think you’re ready for a good sized bespoke order please get in touch directly with Stephanie at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do your kits contain single use plastics?
We’ve worked hard to reduce plastic in our kits and our packaging. Here’s where you will still find some plastic… The clear windows on our embroidery kit boxes which let your customers see what’s inside; the plastic boxes our wool bundles and weaving packs come in which are made from 80% waste material and are fully recyclable; the secure holder for our felting needles which is a requirement when selling sharp implements and sending them in the post; the pink tapestry needle in our weaving packs; and the cello bags our Pop-Up Loom, Go Stitch and Go Weave kits come in – we are currently looking for an alternative for these but as of yet haven’t been able to find a suitable solution.

Can I sell your kits on my Etsy store?
I’m afraid not. This also goes for any third-party websites including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay and notonthehighstreet.com.
