Do I have to be an online or B&M shop to have an account?
Absolutely not! Though we do mainly work with shops, we are always happy to look at your business and see if it’s a good fit so please do apply for an account explaining what you do.
Do you ship to my country?
We can ship wholesale orders to England, Wales, Scotland, North America, Australia, New Zealand and most countries in Africa and Asia. We can’t currently ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.
Will I be charge import tariffs?
As the customer and importer of record, it is your responsibility to find out the specific import rules and costs for your country. We can provide commodity codes if needed.
Ordering from the USA? All US orders are shipped on a DDP service with no additional fees due – all tariffs and charges are pre-paid for you so your order sails through customs straight to your door!
All other non-UK orders are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid. Any customs charges and fees due are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
Please note that we cannot refund orders returned to us due to import fees not being paid, or refusal at point of import.
Are you able to supply kits in large numbers?
Yes! We work with several larger retailers and have the capacity for big orders.
Where are your kits made?
All of our kits are made here in Dorset in the south west of England. We also source as many components as possible from the UK including our British wool.
Can you create a bespoke kit just for us?
We have worked with companies such as the National Trust, V&A, Inverness Castle, Bodleian Libraries, and the People’s History Museum on bespoke kits and love hearing about your bespoke kit ideas! Do your kits contain single use plastics?
We’ve worked hard to reduce plastic in our kits and our packaging. Here’s where you will still find some plastic… The plastic boxes our wool bundles come in which are made from 80% waste material and are fully recyclable, and the secure case for our felting needles which is a requirement when selling sharp implements and sending them in the post – this is now made from 100% post consumer waste material and is fully recyclable. That’s it!
I’m not a wholesale customer – where can I buy for myself?

Can I sell your kits on my Etsy store?
I’m afraid not. This also goes for any third-party websites including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay and notonthehighstreet.com.
